setelah ampir sebulan diet tanpa olahraga.
( minggu pertama turun 1.2 kg minggu2 berikutnya alot)
nah Hari ini mulai treadmill. mudah2 an turun lagi
50.4 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
