Trying to remember this today. Too much sodium and sugar today. Didn't have a nutritious dinner but I am here, trying, and not giving up after one not so great day.

Good attitude!!! I quit thinking I'll start tomorrow cuz I blew it today and I just say I'll do better the next meal. Just forget the past and forge on as though you did everything right! You'll be surprised at your success if you do!
