I shocked my system yesterday and did a change up on my meals. I lost 4 pounds 4 ounces overnight and I’m 4 pounds away from my target weight of 175. Once I hit my goal I might try to loose another 5 pounds, but I’m feeling much better and my clothes fit the way they should.
