Having trouble with the fat and carbs in food but not snacking like I had in the past
80.6 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Trust me you will notice a difference just cutting out the snacking:) stick with it - it takes time to adjust and get into the swing of things:)

Thanks Debsy22. It is hard to eat just the right things. Maybe next week I will do better. Woke up this morning so hungry.

I know the feeling - I woke up this morning with my tummy grumbling - then I had a cup of coffee and got side tracked and seemed to lose my hunger. I just had a fibre bar with coffee and that seems to have done the trick :) Keep positive and your body will adjust :)
