Happy New Year, everyone. My weight is up but I'm still rewarding myself with a sticker every Friday. Most years, when my weight creeps up this time of year I just cave. I totally cave. I just stop trying, and eat myself silly. I don't even think about getting active. This year I'm rewarding myself for being brave enough to step on the scale weekly, for taking some long walks in the cold, and for believing in myself that I can hold the winter weight at 125 and probably start moving that number back down in a week or so.
