hello to everyone! I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. so my name is Joanna and I am brand new to this weight loss Journey. I have not had very good luck in the past with my willpower and I decided that maybe I can find somebody to encourage me and I can help people to stay positive. I'm really not sure how to do this I do have Instagram so I'm kind of familiar with friends and things like that. so bear with me guys I am willing to help as much as I can and be a support system to whoever needs it.
