Aku buat air kaldu dlu (baput kemiri bamer) ditumis bentar trus tambah air masukiin garam lada royco, masak ampe mendidih.habis tu saring dlu biar ampas baput dkk hilang,habis tuh masukiin oatmeal. Aduk... udah gtu aja. Pelengkap : seledri daun bawang ama cabe rawit+telur.

Aku oatmeal pake haverjoy 35gr/1porsi. Aku blender biar halus.
Selebihnya dikira2 aja. Kalo kuah kaldu aku pake baput bamer kemiri 1bj semua dihaluskan. Kalo bumbu2 garam lada royco cuma sejumput aja...
