Too much garbage food for Christmas. Polish sausage 5 days in a row can't be good for you and I'm not even Polish. Somehow I seem to have not gained weight in the last week, which seems good. Overall, it looks like I'm headed toward a 2-3 pound holiday weight gain, which isn't an outlier, but you can't do that every year and be non fat. Some sledding has been a couple hours of good workouts, up and down some big hills. That's good.
The self-aware part of me says that the overeating of yummy food has, at times, been actually quite yummy. However, it still results in diarrhea and definitely doesn't make me happy, fulfilled, or anything like that. The first bite of my bride's cake is still the best, so I don't need to eat 3 pieces of it.
98.7 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
