I am excited about this web site. I feel that I am able to get the support I need to lose 23lbs. Even though it doesn't seem like a whole lot, it's just I know it will make a difference in my self-esteem and appearance since I am so tall. I haven't been at 183lbs since I was pregnant 27 yrs ago. I am depressed and unhappy because of my weight. I don't want to have sex with my husband. I just don't care. but now I have motivation and feel I can do this.
