Bfast: I drink only protein shake since last 1.5 months Lunch : 1 cup Rice with some veg curry Dinner : 2 chapathi/ 2 wheat dosa/ broken wheat upma with some curry Snacks : Apples/Gauvas/Gooseberries/cucumber/2-3 Marie biscuits/10 peanuts Exercise : I do walk&run for 45mins- 5 days per week. Daily i drink 4l of water sip by sip. cheat meals : 1-2 monthly ;) Result : 10 kg reduced in 1.5 months 🤙
