okay getting closer to 30lbs weight loss. my goal was to get there by Thanksgiving but I don't think I will quite make it. I will be close though! I am both dreading and looking forward to Thanksgiving. I am not calorie counting that day. I am eating what I want. I fully expect to gain a pound or 2 back. part of me feels I deserve this. I have been very disciplined and have not cheated once since I started about 7 weeks or so ago. but also part of me feels scared and upset that I will gain a little. oh well. holidays are here and I imagine I will have a few fluctuations around Christmas week as well.have a great day everyone!
