Well, I am definitely going the wrong way with this. I saw a group I was thinking of joining. I may just try and do something, like put myself on a 30-day program to mark my progress. If I am focused on doing something, like a plan for a shorter period of time – setting a short-term objective, I may be more successful. I just wish we were in springtime rather than on the cusp of winter. This time of year, I tend to get lazy and put things off. I know I shouldn’t, but I still do it.
