I'm feeling great today! I'm already making better food choices and making sure I exercise in some way daily. The exercise part is tough because its hard to get going, but once I start I enjoy it. Figuring out what food to eat is kind of fun, there are so many different variations of food to try. I tried hummus yesterday for the first time. I actually like it! It tastes similar to refriend beans to me. Anyway, above all, I like the challenge of trying to get the scale to drop in the morning! I already have more energy and my mood is light and positive.
