November 22, My dad would be 100 years old. He had his first heart attack at 49, then 55 58 then quaduruple bypass that was horrible, infections, side effects, a fricken disaster. But he stayed the course... made it to the end... 77 years old.
We will all 'make it to the end' The question is how will the journey be? At 65 I am a bit sore, after riding my mountain bike (and falling off it more than once!) I get a bit winded after a 25 mile road bike ride, 40 minutes of pilates makes me feel great, watching the food sources is very high on my list, even though today slightly heated apple fritters was a treat worth sacraficing the rest of the day to recover from.

Enjoy life, food gives energy to do things, but too much of the wrong food takes energy away from doing things...
Make 2021 the year of great health practices, and use the next 6 weeks to practice, journal and suite up for the game.
