I've been so tired and busy with work this week! sleeping in, skipping breakfast, skipping lunch and just eating dinner. My calories for the day is still under 1500 but I've gained instead of lost weight! Lesson learned this week - Don't starve my body during the day and eat! Let my activity burn off what I'm eating and have a smaller meal for dinner since all I'll be doing is sitting on the couch until bedtime and a big meal just sits there and literally goes to fat 😑
On the plus side, I drank a bottle of water every day this week! Sounds stupid to all those who drink gallons a day but I hate drinking water! I'm a firm believer that the only thing water is good for is cooking, cleaning and coffee. But I'm working on it. A bottle a day is better than none at all right?
