I have had a rough couple of months. I started a couple new meds and now I crave sugar constantly. It’s not an excuse. Just an obstacle I haven’t done well overcoming as of late. I also need to get back to walking. That is the biggest issue. It’s hard to get motivated when my body hurts so much.

I hope you feel better very soon. I hear you about medication, every rx has different side effects. I hope dr will try something different. I've had some luck correcting bad side effects by taking same medication but made by different manufacturer. 💛🙏

I like sugar. Anyone can control the desire for sugar. Replace sweets with fruits I need vitamins and minerals, so I eat a lot of vegetables Do light exercise such as stretching and walking. Improve the quality of sleep. If you keep doing this, it will definitely improve. Desire for sugar = lack of nutrition A nutritionally balanced diet is very important. We recommend a diet that aims to keep your body nutritious.
