a) 20 mins of cardio (pref-cycling).
b) 10 reps set of 4 set pushup with a gap of not more than 10sec between pushup set.
c)Followed by 20 reps set of sit ups(×4) gap of not more than 10sec.
d) 15reps abs(×4) set gap not than 10sec

you are just 13 so when u hit puberty lots of things going to change including your weight .... these upcoming years you are going to grow taller and probably thinner.. so focus on nutritious food.. don't diet too much rather play ur favorite sport often... avoid resistence training of any work... do cardio cheers

Hey, the number 13 is to live and enjoy life just keep doing some sports or activity and eat clean nutritious food, avoid bad fats and too much sugary stuff and just relaxx!!!

13 is not the age to go and starvation. u need all nutrients. u ll be avng awesome metabolism at this age. so even if u eat full meal. it will burn.. just do workout. regularly. like aerobic, dance, yoga or walking which ever make u hpy n fun. all the best

hey kind person, 13 is the age where u experience the adventures of life. you don't need to stress upon how you look or think about what people talk about you. I know in this era, bullying has become a trend, but if someone bullies you or shames you for how you look, just ignore them. you can try out stretching and yoga. that's a fun way of exercising and you'll feel fulfilled as well!! best of luck

Everybody are alright and she is just a teenager; but if in my 13's I knew I'm oversize or fat don't let me in my 20's led to 90 kg😔😔😔. I suffering from some disease just because I didn't knew in younger age and thought being chubby is normal. It is good that youngers are alert nowadays.

@Al@ I wasn't bullied much about my appearance but I was a fat child my whole childhood so I feel like if I lose weight now I wouldn't have to worry about it in the future

@simwadhwaa, I was too fat and almost obese. It's so good that you watching yourself. Everybody worried about your growing. I'm personally very happy that you are in a right direction. If I knew at your age, maybe I being more healthy in my 30's. All I said that is be balance in your life. being fat or underweight damage your health specially in growing ages. Best solution is more activity that friends mentioned +healthy diet due to macros(fat+carbs+protein). I wish to you happy, healthy and long life✌🏼💕.

Please consult your family physician first. If you are a girl, then do consult a gynaecologist. Because, it is about at the age of yours, many harmonal changes take place in the body.
Once your physician / gynecologist gives you green signal, then and then only go ahead aiming at fat loss.
Do engage yourself in rigorous sports activities. At about 14 - 15 years of age, go for strength training for 5 days a week and cardio for 1 day a week, and 1 rest day.
Curb carbs. Eat more non veg food. Have plenty of water each day.
Use cycle for commuting.
