Good evening FSF! As of 11/13 I have started working out consistently again.
Guys, I did my first 2 min plank and 1 min 30 sec wall sit! lol It doesn't sound like much, but it was super hard. With the fat loss I have definitely lost muscle mass as well. I can't wait until I can finally build up my muscle again and not feel so weak.
This was my workout with some of today and yesterday's combined, I also added four sets of lat pull downs, 4 sets of the seated row, leg curls, and leg extensions. Oh and ran a few laps around my house lol
