Stopped eatting so much! hey and it is working. I have become more aware of how much I am eatting, when I am eatting, and my portion size. I have lost around 5 lbs this week, and going into christmas holidays it is sooo tempting to keep eatting all the chocolates, desserts, and goodies that are around. I have one, and then move away, or become satisfied with the choce i have made. Tonight is a dinner with relatives, and I will still have a plate of food, but not two or three helpings. I will be satisfied with one serving, and stop. I will still have dessert, or something sweet, but not four or five, just one! Merry Christmas everyone! happy eatting!
