Struggling with motivation and weight fluctuating so often. Can’t seem to get under 196 lb mark, want it gone before Christmas! Hope everyone else is having more luck than me!

take a step back. refocus on why you want this. get your mojo back. just think how good a christmas present to yourself the weight loss will be.

i thing most of us find it hard,, that's why some of us use this app... keeps us motivated,,, posting this comment means you still have the motivation to lose weight..keep going ,,, bad days are good,,, they keep you going , for me anyway...
