Just wanted to throw a healthy food idea out there for anyone who may have not had it yet. Had greek salad for dinner. It is just cucumber, tomato, red onion, red pepper and black olives diced up and either a smidge of olive oil and Cavender's seasoning or you can use a little bit of dry ranch seasoning. Add feta cheese and consume! This vegetable mix and dry ranch is also killer in a little cottage cheese! Glad I have leftovers.
Also another one is canned pinto beans well rinsed with tomatoes, onion, lettuce, shredded cheese and a little Catalina dressing over taco shells or some type of corn chips just watch your sodium.
