A few months ago I went on vacation for two days. Pretty much ate as I pleased, instead of watching what I ate. In those two days I gained 14 pounds! Unbelievable, but true. I went right back to my diet ( Lifestyle ). It has been the slowest ever to lose that weight. The only thing I can think of holding me back was exercise. I had some back problems & my exercise almost came to a halt. So I decided to exercise the best I could. The back pain is almost gone, I'm going a little slower, but I'm back on track.
