So I did a half of a week. I have noticed that as soon as I started having to track stuff, I was less hungry. I am very happy so far with the site since it has many resturant menus so I can get truely accurate accounts. I still need to excercise more.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
