Bahan:
Tempe = 115 gram
Telur = 2 besar
Minyak = 5 ml
Cara masaknya
1. Tempe dicincang halus/di hancurkan dengan garpu
2. Masukkan 2 telur kemudian aduk
3.tambah micin sesuai selera
4 masak pakai api kecil
5 selesai tinggal lep wk
Total kalori kurleb 400 an ka
