One week on Slim Fast. 9 pounds off. This rate of loss will slow down. Averaged about 1500 calories a day. Had three slices of Pizza and three beers this week.
137.8 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 38.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
