January 4th doing very well have stuck to it! I have been doing cardio every day and working hard to not drink!! Also coffee is a tuff one so i figure that i'm allowed one cup a day with milk and splenda! so it works..but i'm inching closer to my wedding date and all i can think about are my swim suits and how i hope they fit..and this is the do or die time i have been dreading.but i know that i have the determination to be skinny and toned and healthy! so i get my ass outta bed every morning and go to the gym! If i dont do this i will have alot of regret for not trying at least! this is my one and only wedding.. i know that i can be who i want and what size i want.. so when i weight in on the 12th i will hope that everything that i wanted will have come true.. i will be down 10lbs with 11 days to get ready for the beach! but if its not what i wanted then 5 more days of phase one! and i ordered a swim suit and its suppose to be here by the 17th so when it get tryed on it better work!!!....
