not weight loss but made it past several big christmas parties without over eating. Initial weight loss time seems to be over so I expect frustration with smaller gains coming. Do feel better than a week or so ago.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
