Bahannya cuma oatmeal,sedikit kacang tanah cincang,madu ama kurma... Kacang ama oatmeal di sangrai. Kurma aku pake 10bj ku iris kecil2,madu 3sdm aja. Campur semua bahan cetak di wadah. Masukan dalam kulkas. Udah deh gtu aja. Makannya 1hari kira2 35-50gr aja
