Day 3: 155.2 Going in the right direction. I find it so strange that I needed to gain all of the weight back that I lost and that that number seems to be the magical 'motivater'. I understand the theory of a set point weight and hope that it isn't true. That would condemn me to a lifetime of being overweight or a lifetime of dieting. On the other hand, I am grateful that my range has been around 20lbs vs a greater challenge. I am grateful that I am able-bodied and can exercise. I am grateful that I have a husband who loves to cook and is excited when he finds another atkins-friendly meal he can make (even though he is one of those people who can eat 5000 cal/day and not gain an ounce.) I'm grateful that I can have half and half in my coffee. OK--done for now. 20.2lb to go--time to exercise. Have a great day everyone.

LOL, I have the same kind of husband! He can eat anything and somehow manage to lose a few pounds and everyone notices... I feel like that Slim-Quik commercial with him, lol. I think I hit that magical number to motivate me and it was 165. I almost fell right off the scale in shock! We're gonna show em' what we're made of though... we'll get back down, I know it!
