how do you track calories when foods are combined? for example, stir fry that has chicken, veggies, rice and soy sauce?

It is easy, measure everything in its own, check the calories for each thing and then just add them together and you are all done.

As I am making a recipe I count and write it all down, then can divide it into servings.
