Ubi 50g, kentang 50g,wortel 50g, semua diserut, campur dengan sedikit garam. Tata dimangkok, buat lubang tengahnya, masukkan telur, taburi merica hitam, irisan daun bawang dan seledri. Kukus kurleb 25 menit.
