Today I have a doctor appointment. I'm optimistic that my A1c is not higher than usual. It's been been a challenge keeping it in the "at risk" range. I would like to get back in the "normal range like it was this time last year. I adjusted my body fat goal down this month by 0.5%. It's a little lower than my doctor recommends but I think my clothes fit better. Also he doesn't seem concerned about it.
Yesterday was also a rest day. I ate "well" at 108% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. BF↑0.4%
