I went to the Dr. and confirmed that since Sept 2010 (before I started fatsecret). I have lost 10 lbs. The Dr's discription was (its like having a baby)**never thought of it that way?! That is how sometimes we should view our weight loss. Ten more pounds lost is like having another baby or looking @ a piece of ham (10 lbs)...nice way of looking @ it. It's getting much easier to count calories..notice a huge difference with myself..it just takes time and not to give up.
