that's my 1 meal a day in my 20-4 fasting plan. 1300 cal so fairly big. must be the reason its taking me so long to lose weight

one meal a day makes your body accumulate. That's probably releated to your weightloss problems. Maybe try having more small meals every 3 hours, regularly, so body don't have to accumulate

Actually according to fasting doctors we are losing more fat during period of fasting. They explained that body naturally uses glycogen (sugar) from food. And only when glycogen is deleted that the body start using fat. By constantly eating, we constantly gives glycogen to our body so we never burn fat. That's why fasting is good and only eat 1 meal a day is best!
