First round of solid foods and my son's wrestling tournament and football banquet made for a tough weekend for weight loss. I didn't track my calories, but tried to stick to most of my usual routine. Had a couple "extras" and that shows in the 1 pound I gained, but it is Monday and I'm back on track. The next four weeks are going to be tough because my appetite is back now that the swelling is gone and I won't get the fill until 1/20. Discipline, discipline, discipline. I do well when I just stick to the same items and keep using my measuring cups to portion everything out. I will be fine - maybe a little slower weight loss, but I do still plan on losing...
