Iya masih.. krn nanti misal udh ga dietpun psti bakal kena nasput lg jd ak usahakan biar dietku kali in awet seumur hdp.. cm 100g nasput alias 1centong peres aj sih tiap makan.. da srg nya cm pas siang aj sm kdg2 bgt mlm jg.. utk pagi udh ga nasput 😊
