Poolekp I used 2 Tbsp soy sauce : 2 Tbsp sake : 2 Tbsp mirin: 1 Tbsp sugar and 1/2tsp each of fresh grated ginger and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes to reduce then mix in 2 cups of pan fried mushrooms, yum 😋 with 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes and toasted sesame seeds too!
