Having a bit of a rough, overly busy and stressful week. Body is in a pain flare and I’ve pushed exercise off the next few days because my schedule literally has no extra time in it. Doing some huge house work the next few days so that may count for something? Hope to be back on track by Monday. Will keep watching my food. Had a huge amount of stress land in my lap yesterday afternoon and I did eat a bit off and had some chocolate too. Meditated last night before bed and feeling less stressed this morning. Grateful that I’m being more aware of my actions than I used too. Have a great day everyone.
