Well I officially made it through my first day back on the healthy eating trolley. I ate about 700 cals under the suggested calorie limit, but it seems awfully high. I learned that I can make a fantastical beef stir fry for under 450 cals. I also had more energy and exercised more than I have my entire COVID 7 month unemployment. I return to work tomorrow so I'm kind of starting a new "chapter". I listened to a lot of 2000s sad indie today for some reason, though i didnt cry in my green beans.
