I'm weighing in a couple days early b/c I have a feeling the weight will be up a little after Christmas! It actually was up a little this week, but I had a good workout yesterday and this morning which was helpful. My eating at dinners could have been better this week.
Yesterday I got back on the bike at the gym. Biking is actually kind of frustrating b/c you work hard and hardly burn any calories. But I need to build up my endurance for the triathlon. I upped my resistance to most of the time b/w 16-20 this time rather than my normal 7 which ups the speed. I did 7 miles in 23 min, so about 3.30 min per mile.
This morning I ran/walked and took it a little easier b/c my knees are sore. I did 3.2 miles in 40 min, so not too fast, but still a good workout.
Now I am off to start organizing the basement! Yikes!
