Hi. I’ve added healthy carbs but I eat them sparingly. So every other 3-4th day I’ll eat whole-wheat bread, pasta brown rice. Small portions. Yogurt with seed mix. Basically to up my fibre. Oh and I’ve cut out meat. I only have chicken or fish. So I think the diet is called Mediterranean. And I do 18h intermittent fasting, and 30min cardio 3-4 times a week.
