Now that I’m back in school I just want to concentrate on sustaining my weight rather than losing because stress makes me eat a lot and I’m mostly stressed in school so I already know I won’t be able to lose here
Anyway I’d keep you guys posted on my weight cause I’d be checking weekly and my diet xx
84 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

try 1. "the starch solution diet by John Mcdougall"" and do Intermittent fasting or 2. OMAD (one meal a day)..... check it out on YouTube, you will be surprised. I hope this helps
