Wrapped up DAY 1
Bfast: watermelon
Lunch: nasi 110gr, tumis buncis jagung, tahu bacem and ayam opor (ayamnya aja)
Dinner: oatmeal 2 sdm, sayur sop 1 mangkuk, telur rebus 2pcs.
Snack: coffee and fiber cream, gula 1 sachet kecil, nutella 1 sdm.

Workout nya baru mampu 15 menit (after long hiatus 😹)
