Akhirnya masuk kepala 108kg setelah 20hr lebih stuck di 109kg. Setelah ditambah wo dr aplikasi 20 menit, plus zumba 20 menit. Ngumpulin niatnya susah banget. Tp sekalinya udh wo dan zumba, badan langsung terbiasa sendiri. Terima kasih untuk badan aku yg udh mau bergerak lebih 🙏🙏🙏
