Today is my mother's birthday, even though she passed away earlier this year. My family went to dinner and ordered her favorite dish - seafood combination. I got mine broiled instead of fried but the vegetables put me over.
Day two of induction and I already went over my 20 carbs. Who knew that brussel sprouts were so high in carbs. 10 carbs for just 6 little sprouts. Wow. We'll at least my overage in in vegetables.
I'll try again tomorrow.
