I'm back again on the weight loss journey. The idea of counting calories as opposed to keto diet . I was able to lose 4kg but I'm back again on the weight gain. fat must go.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
