Today I started back again. To try again. I didn't think I was away that long but everything lools so different. Anyway, I stayed under 20 carbs with most of them coming from vegetables.

I made stufed jalepenos - soo good - I have to ration them out so I don't eat them all at once. I was way to high in salt intake today.

Really want it to work this time because I am going on a girls weekend at the end of January and would like to go with a positive attitude.
