Thransformation Thursday. I’m glad I shaved my head and dropped some lbs. The majority of my weight loss came over a year of recording everything I ate and keeping a 500 calorie deficit. I have been in maintenance this year and built some muscle.

The wig was a prop for the photo booth at my cousins wedding. Theme was all you need is Love! It was very fun. My head is about half the size now 😁
