Yesss I was so excited and shocked! I have one month before my bday is here and I just restarted again to fit into my bday shirt so this time I mean business! I’m doing Atkins shakes as meal replacements for 2 meals a day , this is day 5 and one meal a day being mindful to keep it healthy. Walking and jump roping on my breaks at work too!
