Happy to see this drop! No cookies yesterday, but I did eat two small cinnamon rolls. I logged everything, which really helps. I’ll continue to do so this week and hopefully keep going down. I’ve been sick for a week, so chicken noodle soup has been and will continue to be my breakfast till I finally get over this cold. Everyone have a wonderful week!
